ACCT can help!
From supplies, to surgery, to trapping assistance, ACCT Philly provides the following services through its Help Desk and Life Saving departments to support local TNR efforts:
- To prevent feral cat colonies from continuing to multiply, ACCT Philly offers low-cost spay/neuter surgeries and vaccinations for feral cats, and referrals to other TNR spay/neuter clinics in the Philadelphia area. To find out about the next $10 feral cat spay/neuter clinic at ACCT Philly, check out our Events section.

Philadelphia Community Cats Council (PCCC) coordinates TNR efforts around the city, connects colony managers to volunteers, and offers many resources for community cats and their caretakers. PCCC also operates a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in North Philadelphia for feral cats every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Forgotten Cats, Inc. is a rescue organization that operates a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Willow Grove, PA twice a week for feral cats.
Project M.E.O.W. (Make Every One Wanted) is an all-volunteer, animal welfare group that humanely reduces the feral cat population in West Philadelphia through TNR and providing assistance to residents who feed and care for feral cats.
