The Facilities Specialist is
responsible for assisting in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the
ACCT Philly facility and grounds by determining cleaning to be done, performing
cleaning, removing trash/debris/equipment, organizing donations, reporting any
rodent or pest activity and mitigating that activity by keeping areas of special
focus neat and orderly. The Facilities Specialist is also responsible for
identifying need for routine maintenance and then reporting and/or performing
the maintenance at Supervisor’s request.
