As both a non-profit organization and one that provides services to the city of Philadelphia through a municipal contract, ACCT Philly relies on a varied revenue stream and energy and advocacy from public support to achieve its mission. With a vision of continued growth and development, this financial and human capital must grow each year. The Director, Development & Communications acts as the organization’s leader in coordinating and overseeing this endeavor from a high level, strategic vantage point. The director plans, develops, implements, and oversees all fundraising and communications activities for the organization, based on a formalized fund development program and marketing strategy. This individual embodies the ACCT Philly core values and helps engage others to do the same.
