The Client Services Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in all duties including, but are not limited to, supervision of the intake area, including a high-volume of calls and emails; maintaining accurate animal records; daily cash reconciliation; community outreach; providing initial training to new staff and continued training to existing staff; ensuring the staff is providing prompt and courteous service when responding to citizens as well as the supervision of all client services staff; creating, implementing and managing intake diversion programs like the ACCT Philly Pet Food Pantry. These responsibilities will vary with the current needs of the shelter staff, the season of the year and the individual abilities demonstrated by the employee.
