ACCT Philly Launches “ACCTion Heroes” Campaign in Support of One Million Dollar Grant
In support of the recently announced one million dollar community challenge grant it received from Petco Foundation, the Animal Care & Control Team of Philadelphia (ACCT Philly) has launched the “ACCTion Heroes” campaign. The campaign aims to engage the Greater Philadelphia area to save innocent lives of homeless pets through community action, specifically adoption and donation.
“We are ecstatic to have received this tremendous investment from Petco Foundation, but now we need the public’s support to meet Petco’s challenge of saving more lives and raising more critical funds than ever before,” said Ame Dorminy, spokesperson for ACCT Philly. “The ACCTion Heroes campaign is a way to get people excited and spread the word that when you adopt, when you donate, you are making a real, tangible difference for a pet in need – you are an ACCTion hero!”
The “ACCTion Heroes” campaign features an inspirational video highlighting ACCT Philly donors and adopters, creating a call-to-action for others to get involved. The campaign also includes social media ads, a dedicated website tracking adoptions and funds raised, blog posts, heartfelt ACCT Philly adoption stories, and much more.
The ‘ACCTion Hero” campaign concept, design and implementation were all crafted by Philadelphia’s own Engagement Studios, located in Old City.
