The Midwives Collective and Gallery and Love Four Paws are joining forces this spring to get ACCT animals on display- and raise some money for all our furry shelter friends! The Midwives Collective and Gallery is a group of artists based in Center City Philadelphia who work in a range of media. On Friday, March 9th, from 6-8pm the Collective will unveil their newest exhibit- “Beasts”. Beautiful, artistic photographs of adoptable ACCT cats and dogs will be exhibited along with professional photographs of animals from all over the world, and the pets of the Midwives Collective artists.  At the opening reception, people will be able to view two drafts of possible murals that are planned for ACCT. The murals will highlight the wonderful benefits of adopting a shelter pet and the positive programs at the ACCT shelter. Vistors to the opening reception will be able to “vote” for their favorite mural idea by donating money to the mural of their choice. All donations will be used by Love Four Paws to buy much needed supplies for the ACCT shelter. The exhibit will run from March 9th through April 20th at the Square Peg Artery & Salvage at 108 S. 20th Street in Philadelphia. For more information visit
