Cassanova1 So how about giving this heartthrob a chance?

Hello there! My name is Casanova (A18731019)! Can you tell that I am quite charming? I was found roaming around on my own. I was so irresistible though that they decided I should find a home so that I could make someone happy. Could it be you? I am a black boy with touches of white. I have some scars on my face, but hey, it just adds some character, right? And my eyes? My brown eyes are enough to make a heart melt. I am 1-2 years old and have a lot of spunk and personality. I bet I can make you smile! I love to play and will chase down toys. Goofy and happy-go-lucky… that’s me! I am an energetic boy and would love a home that could give me the physical and mental exercise that I need. I could probably live with another dog too!
I am a pretty lucky guy. You see… I have not one, but two ladies who come to the shelter just to see me. They are called my pen pals. Being in a shelter is quite stressful, but they are making my stay the best that they can for me. They do this by teaching me new things, helping me get out some of my energy, spending time with me,telling people about me, and even taking me offsite to a cool new place or an adoption event occasionally.
So how about giving this heartthrob a chance?

I hope to meet you soon!

Cassanova participates in the Pen Pal Program. Cassanova is currently paired with a volunteer who works with him on a regular basis to teach him basic commands, provide him exercise and help to keep him stress-free and happy while living in the shelter. They also promote him to potential foster parents and adopters! Want more information on Cassanova? Email his Pen Pals at or
