ACCT Philly is open each and every day. Can’t make it to the shelter? No problem! Check out our adoptable dogs, cats and kittens at one of our offsite locations (animal selection, hours and pricing vary by location). Offsite partner staff or ACCT Philly volunteers are available during posted adoption hours to counsel you through the adoption process. Pets are ready to go home on the same day you fall in love!
