Animal Care Data
This section details the number of animals coming to the ACCT Operations Center on a monthly basis, as well as the outcome and the live release rate.
Customer Service Data
The ACCT customer service team answers calls regarding lost companion animals, owner surrenders, animal bite cases, stray animals and complaints and nuisances. This section details the number of calls received by the ACCT team, as well as the grade of service.

Field Services Data
The ACCT Field Services team responds to reports of stray, abandoned or unwanted animals. They also assist L&I, the police and fire departments, and the sheriff’s office in responding to emergencies involving animals, as well as investigating complaints of city ordinance violations. The section documents field services and code enforcement activities.
